  • Communicating clearly and respectfully with clients.
7. Termination

You may end your engagement with HomeDesk at any time by providing appropriate notice. We also reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts in breach of our terms.

  • Voluntary termination: Provide a minimum of 14 days’ notice.
  • Immediate removal may occur if you violate the platform’s rules or engage in misconduct.
8. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt informal resolution before taking legal steps. We aim to resolve issues in good faith wherever possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

HomeDesk is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our platform or services, to the maximum extent permitted by Australian law.
